Mission Statement

Rattlers in Arms, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students from underserved communities by providing scholarships, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities for those pursuing higher education at Florida A&M University. Founded by retired military officers, the organization instills discipline, accountability, and service while strengthening the legacy of FAMU and investing in the success of future leaders.
