Provide mentorship and leadership development

Strengthen Florida A&M University and its alumni pipeline

Create a sustainable legacy of educational impact.

Our Story

The Rattlers-in-Arms was founded by retired military officers, and focuses on instilling discipline, accountability and service while strengthening the legacy of FAMU and investing in the success of future leaders.
In addition, the Rattlers-in-Arms is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
